Following the success of his recent Revolver tour, Elvis Costello has decided to revolve again next year, wheeling his gigantic vaudevillian 'Spectacular Spinning Songbook' back to the Royal Albert Hall as part of his 13 Revolvers tour.

Joined by The Imposters, keyboardist Steve Nieve, drummer Pete Thomas and bassist Davey Faragher, The Spectacular Spinning Songbook spun an acclaimed run of shows in 2012, selling out the Royal Albert Hall with critics unanimous in their praise.

An overture of uninterrupted rock and roll tunes announces Elvis Costello and the Imposters to the stage, after which members of the audience are invited to spin the gigantic vaudevillian contraption to select the next song.

Fortune may deliver such hits such as Oliver’s Army, Shipbuilding and Watching The Detectives, hidden gems from the Costello songbook including Town Cryer or tunes by The Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash and, of course, Bob Dylan’s This Wheel’s On Fire.

The Los Angeles Times described the show as “the kind of uniquely invigorating experience that warrants a buzzword all of its own; inspiring.”
